Wow—what a topsy turvy time. Thank you for your patience throughout this transition. As most of you know, My HealthAccess, the app for online booking and video appointments that is linked to our electronic medical record, has not been working like it should (argh—technology!!!) We have been working with the software company to remedy this, and we hope to have this corrected within the week. In the meantime, continue to email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us to arrange appointments.
Many of you have spoken to our new team members already—Mackenzie is my our lead MOA and will be working Mondays and Thursdays while Megan is our clinic manager and will be working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (administration day only). Manreet is my virtual nurse and will be making follow-up calls to check in after Covid tests, other results, visits to emergency, and other issues. Since she works remotely, she doesn’t have a direct phone line (yet…stay tuned!), but you can email her at email@example.com with the most convenient phone number(s) and times to reach you. Because of privacy issues, she cannot send detailed medical information over email.
